About Lithiophilite-Triphylite SeriesHide

Series Formula:
LiMn2+PO4 to LiFe2+PO4
A series between Lithiophilite and Triphylite

A complete series exists between the members.
The crystal structure of the series members is very similar to that of the silicates of the olivine type.

Near end member lithiophilite alters to purpurite, while near end member triphylite alters to heterosite.
