About Lamprophyllite GroupHide

applies to lamprophyllite-like minerals; brackets denote content of the O (octahedral) and H (heteropolyhedral) sheets; A = Ba, Sr, K, Na; M1 = Na, Mn2+; M2 = Na, Mn2+, Fe2+, Ca; M3 = Ti, Mn2+, Mg, Fe3+, Fe2+; L = Ti, Fe3+; X = OH, O, F
The structure is based on HOH heteropolyhedral modules, with H being heteropolyhedral and O being octahedral sheets.

The following structural types are reported for the lamprophyllite-like species:
- type I: C2/m polytypes
- type II: Pnmn polytypes
- type III: nabalamprophyllite (P2/m)
- types IV and V: triclinic (various space groups, primitive cell)
