Reported as "Mineral V"; co-described with 'UM1986-43-S:CuFeSn' (Mineral III), 'UM1986-44-S:CuFeSn' (Mineral IV), 'UM1986-49-S:CuSn' (Mineral VI), 'UM1986-46-S:CuFeSn' (Mineral VII), 'UM1986-48-S:CuFeSn' (Mineral I), and 'UM1986-47-S:CuFeSn' (probably Mineral II), from unspecified Au-Ag volcanic deposits of the Soviet Central Asia.

Compositionally similar to stannoidite and 'UM1982-12-S:CuFeSn' but structurally different.
