for the locality: Kovda, White Sea, Russian Federation
A local name for a variety of pyroxene hornblendite composed of green amphibole and orthopyroxene, with small amounts of biotite and plagioclase and occasional garnet.
It may be a metamorphic rock.

The description given in Tomkeieff et al. (1983) appears to be incorrect.
