The 4th Annual Yale Mineral & Gem Symposium kicks off Friday, October 18, at 5 pm. Over three days, attendees are treated to lectures from international experts, networking opportunities, an evening reception, and the chance to be at the nexus of an engaged mineralogy community that includes scholars, collectors, and enthusiasts alike.

An exceptional lineup of talks culminates Saturday afternoon with the keynote address by Dr. Michael T. Bycroft of the University of Warwick,UK, titled "Gems and the Scientific Revolution."
