Found together with 'UM1985-04-E:CuNiSn' and a phase chemically and stoichiometrically corresponding to 'eta-bronze'; the minerals are found as fine-grained intergrowths and their aggregates are up to 0.3 mm in size. The aggregates were encountered within xenoliths of serpentinized garnet-spinel and spinel peridotites from a kimberlite. Other associated minerals include aluminium, copper, graphite, lead, tin, zinc, cuprostibite, moissanite, and stistaite.
Chemically especially similar to 'UM1978-02-E:CuPbSn' and also to sorosite, and 'UM1965-07-E:CuSn'.
