Probably a mixture of calcite and a pyroxene (near diopside).
Originally reported from Traversella Mine, Traversella, Chiusella Valley, Canavese District, Torino Province, Piedmont, Italy.
Not to be confused with "barattiite" = Unnamed (Pb-Fe Chloride Hydroxide Hydrate) (a slag phase).
