Glove Mine, Glove Mine group, Cottonwood Canyon, Tyndall Mining District, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA

New find of thin pale yellow wulfenites up to 2.5cm sprinkled with black psilomelane and clear calcites on chrysocolla matrix. These are very thin wulfenites and shipping is not possible in my opinion. Some other specimens have more calcite that supports them for shipping. There is a tint of pale pink hematite on some of the calcites. Specimen is 9cm x4cm and 8cm high. Specimen is from the North Fault 200 level and was extracted by Jim Ricker ,owner of the Glove Mine. Photo and collection of Brander Robinson.

Fletcher Mine, West Fork, Reynolds County, Missouri, USA

Specimen is about 17cm x 10cm with the largest xl being about 9cm x 4cm. The red "phantoms" are thought to be hematite. Found by Joe Hartsel of Virginia when he collected for Brass Rooster and now in collection of Brander Robinson. A very choice specimen. This one and a few others will be displayed at Tucson in Feb.
