9YM-PTXCalcite

Multiple photos available
Da Tong mine, Zhejiang, China

Yellow calcite showing interesting terminations, beautiful color, and nice
striations. Some have called this "faden calcite", but that is a misnomer. It is really a speleotherm or type of helectite. The central channel is a hollow tube. 11.3 x 1.3 cm. From the Da Tong mine. Paul Bordovsky photo and
specimen.
