Pillar and Room
This photo show shows a pillar, used in the pillar and room method of mining. I will leave it to the viewer to guess who the mineral colletors in the hi-viz jackets are.
Ore Cart Trackway
Light railway for moving ore carts, to the left there is a hole in the floor, this connects the level below. It is thought this hole was created to dump ore to the level.
