I was introduced to mining by a good friend that knew i was an avid hiker in about 2005. He asked if i would like to go look for some rocks? Now its all history, a full blooded rockhound. Any free time and or time off is well spent digging for gems. It is also gives my dog and I some great exercise with great views. Most recently i have been chasing down old and lost localities in New Hampshire and Maine with the professional guidance of my friend Peter B. Samuelson
