The association "Friends of the Museum Federico Eusebio" is based in Alba - Cuneo province - Piedmont (Piemonte) region - Italy.

It was born through the efforts of passionate volunteers who, since the early 70', contributed to the opening of the museum to its present location.

In 1990 it was formally established in 1993 and is registered with the regional voluntary associations.

The aims of the association are as follows:

- The implementation of initiatives to promote the use of the museum by the citizens
- The study and enrichment, through field research, the museum's collections
- The production of studies and publications in support of the museum

More generally, the cultural dissemination and educational activities.

The association, over the years, has published widely in the fields of natural and archaeological heritage, thanks to the research and study of its members.

Major works in the field of mineralogy (used as a reference for many minerals present in the localities censused) are as follows:

- Minerali del Piemonte e della Valle d'Aosta (Minerals of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta)
- Minerali delle Alpi Marittime e Cozie - Provincia di Cuneo (Minerals of the Alpes Maritimes and Cozie - Province of Cuneo)
- Minerals in Val d'Ala - Province of Turin (Minerals in Val d'Ala - Province of Turin)
- Le rocce - Conoscerle, Raccoglierle, Collezionarle (The rocks - Know them, Pick them, collect them)
