My name is Dario Cericola. I'm an Italian chemist working in Switzerland, and clearly a mineral collector since I was a kid in the nineties! Areas where I mostly collect minerals are old mines in Trentino - Italy, basalt occurrences in Veneto - Italy for zeolites, several areas in the Appennini - Italy, and Grube Clara in the Black Forest - Germany, but always trying to go for new localities. I'm interested in all kinds of crystallized mineral although my preferences go to secondary and uncommon minerals and zeolites from the MM size upwards. My interest in photography is strongly linked to minerals, I'm focused on microphotography and always trying to improve my technique (but I am not a professional!).

I'm very open to exchange minerals, therefore if you are interested you can get my list here: trade list

Here is a little project I'm working on:

if you wish you can drop a comment here
