Hello!
I am an "alpine type" quartz crystals collector (Strahler) from Greece.
For many years i find and collect quartz crystals (rock crystal, smoky and amethyst) from a certain location which is Kato Nevrokopi basin,Drama Prefecture,East Macedonia,Greece.
I have a systematic collection of almost all forms and habits of quartz crystals from this location (for the moment only Gwindels are missing to complete).
Also i have an extensive collection (more than 200 specimens)of inclusions (rutile, hematite, biotite, gas and liquid inclusions, etc.)in quartz crystals from this location.
Associated minerals from alpine type quartz clefts are also in my interest.Mostly hematite
(hexagonal crystals and "iron roses") and adoularia are found.
I also find and collect green quartz crystals from skarn zones of this location.
My mineral trips and findings are posted extensively in Strahlen.org forum where i am also a member.
Thank you.
