This specimen was sold to an American collector in the early 2000's from a now defunct Australian internet dealer listed from the Dalgaranga mine. For some reason, whilst in America, its location got changed to Dandaragan. I decided to purchase the specimen to save it from being forever identified with a wrong location. 8cm x 6cm x 3cm

The pegmatite at this location has almost been completely removed, and little remains of interest. A few zinnwaldite specimens came from the mine, and are some of the best you will see for the species. The Mount Magnet Mining Museum have two on display in their mineral specimen collection.

Travelling along the road you will first notice the remains of the Dalgaranga Mine processing plant.
