Calcite, Quartz (Var: Rock Crystal)
Fellergraben, Fell, Sankt Michael im Lungau, Tamsweg District, Salzburg, Austria
Thin quartz plate, covered by countless Needle Quartz and some Calcite crystals. The main Calcite crystal sits well arranged on the matrix and has a nice red color, which is caused by Hematite. The specimen was found in greenschist.
