Telyushenkoite, Shibkovite, Reedmergnerite

Locality: Darai-Pioz (Dara-i-Pioz; Dara-Pioz) Glacier, Alai (Alayskiy) Range, Tien Shan Mts, Region of Republican Subordination, Tajikistan

A 1 cm aggregate of prismatic, colourless Telyushenkoite bordering a glassy grain of Shibkovite with unknown black inclusions. The matrix is pink Reedmergnerite. Telyushenkoite has a deep violet fluorescence under SW UV light. Specimen and photo: Knut Eldjarn.
