Locality: Cavnic Mine (Kapnikbánya), Cavnic (Kapnic; Kapnik), Maramureș Co., Romania

A cluster of mainly parallel grown double terminated crystals of clear selenite, grown around but detached from a decomposed marcasite crust. The main crystal has a contact at its tip, nevertheless all crystals are perfect.
