In the early 2000s, these crystals could be found and purchased fairly easily without spending a lot, because they were mistaken for "particularly deformed garnets"... Nice, complete, dark red Hydroxylclinohumite crystals associated with abundant Clinochlore. In the early 2000s, these crystals could be found and purchased fairly easily without spending a lot, because they were mistaken for "particularly deformed garnets"...
