Ferrierite-Mg needles forming a 6.3 mm hemisphere in andesite matrix. Specimen found by Gian Claudio Lecca in 1999 and purchased from him in September 1999. Canon EOS M50 camera + 75 mm extension tube with Minolta 5400 DPI scanner lens. Stacked from 141 images with Zerene Stacker (P Max).

Analcime. Vasco Trancoso collection and photo. Size: 12 x 9 x 6 cm. A cabinet sample (please see child photo) with many sharp crystals up to more than 1 cm perched on a basaltic rock matrix. A sample with very transparent crystals (we can see the grainy structure of the matrix in transparency) and with high brightness and vitreous luster.
