Plate of colorless quartz crystals up to 25 mm with rhombic, white calcite crystals up to 18 mm. The calcite fluoresces orange under UV illumination. Unusual specimen for Vermont - possibly from a vein in a soapstone quarry. Overall size of mineral specimen: 10x6x2.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 5-25 mm.
