Prehnite
Brekke Tunnel, Helland, Holmestrand, Vestfold, Norway
A 7.5 cm high, stacked, stalactic-like aggregate of prehnite crystals, probably a perimorph after an uidentified mineral (laumontite?). From an amygdale in Permian basalt lava (B1). Found during construction of a new alignment of E 18, Brekke Tunnel, Re, Vestfold, Norway.
