Beautiful crystal of golden beryl that has been naturally etched into an elaborate, sculptural form. Amazingly, the original crystal side and termination have not been etched and show the original flat shape. Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x5x2.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 5 cm.

This specimen came with an old Carlos Barbosa label. It features two whopper intergrown crystals of apatite,sharp, terminated and with perfect hexagonal form, on a carefully-trimmed matrix. The largest apatite is 3 cm across the termination! 5.9 x 5.4 x 4.5 cm

An incredibly gemmy etched Beryl from the find late last year. While much of the crystal has been dissolved, many portions of the original crystal faces are still present. specimen size = 3 x 2.6 x 1.5 cm.

A 5 x 3.2 x 3 cm group of muscovite and blocky white albite crystals. A single prominent muscovite crystals sits atop the specimen and measures 3.2 x 3 x 0.4 cm, with a silvery micaceous luster and some hazel brown hues from internal reflections. John Rakovan photo.
