The sample is 8 cm x 8 cm. The bladed crystals of greenish Hellandite (Y) are partially altered to brick red Kainosite (Y). There are white and chalky-tan secondary phases in the cracks in the Quartz. From comparison with other Evans-Lou Mine samples the white phase is Lokkaite (Y) and the chalky-tan phase is Tengerite (Y)
