Large, flattened, metallic silver color / luster freeform mass of Allargentum, no matrix. This specimen appears to have been formed as a thick vein within a fissure in the host rock. Reported to have been collected at the Hilo Property, University Shaft, Glen Lake Mine circa 1970-1971. Personal collection of Sharon Cisneros.

Rich specimen of curling silver wires to 15 mm long in white calcite matrix. The wire silvers cover all sides. Some are tarnished, but can easily be cleaned if desired. Originally acquired in 1963. Ex. J. Durkos collection #4. Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x2.5x1.5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 10-15 mm.
