Eastern Cut

Hale-Walker prospects, Collins Hill, Portland, Middlesex County, Connecticut, USA

The eastern cut at Hale-Walker prospects is the only remaining workings, post Quarry Ridge Golf Course construction. The western cut and its tailings are buried under part of a green. Because the remaining cut is also very much within the golf course, collecting is not permitted.
