This is a piece of massive aquamarine I just re-discovered in my garage, and I found it has an almost complete crystal and 2 broken ones of Brannerite, which I had thought were gadolinite at first. I showed them to a very knowledgeable club member who knows Mt Antero minerals, and he visually confirmed it was Brannerite. The crystal in the foreground is 2mm x 7mm, and the entire piece is 5.5cm x 4.5cm. The crystal reads 2 mR/hr. Visual identification.

This is the top view of a piece of massive aquamarine I just re-discovered in my garage, and I found it has an almost complete crystal and 2 broken ones of brannerite. The crystal in the front(bottom) is 2mm x 7mm, and the entire piece is 5.5cm x 4.5cm. The crystal reads 2 mR/hr. The other two pieces are-near the top on the left side, and half way up the lower left side, all near the yellowish areas. Visual identification.
