Improving Mindat.orgHow Does One Adjust the Dimensions of a "Table of Contents"

9th Nov 2011 03:36 UTCFrank Festa

Hello,

Here is a simple question for a "code savvy" person.

I added a Table of Contents (toc) to a new article I wrote. The article is titled Fluorspar of the Moria Lake Region.

I used the code "Table of Contents", I think that was it.................that is not relevent. I have a beautiful Table of Contents in my article and all the headings do function as links to the headings in the article.

My problem/question......if you look at my article, the toc is far to wide. It's appearence is not exactly nice.

Is there a way to adjust the dimensions of a toc????? Maybe not so much the heighth because that would depend on the number of headings. Is there a way to adjust the width???? Can you give me the code to do this???

Thank you

Frank Festa
