Hi everyone,

Just to let you all know that you can get jenolite again, just go to there website www.jenolite.com or if in the UK go to www.jenolite.co.uk

I ordered some last week online, its easy and the product is spot on!

It is excellent rust remover, contains phosphoric acid so nutralises the rust better than any product I have ever used. Makes similar brands like hammerite and fertan products look like water!! That Detox-C I used was water I think! LOL.

Jenolite also told me that they are planning to have the liquid form back in stock by summer so its back to business for all us that want a reliable well respected rust remover! I am over the moon that it is finally available again.

Just thought I would share this with you all as so many people are looking for it.

Hi, I went online and the jenolite jelly is now half price at only £3.99 (as of februaury 2007). I dont know if its a limited offer, but I found it under the special offer section of their website.

Its great stuff - Thanks for the info! My dad used to use it on his cars and boat years ago. Not sure the last time you went to jenolite, but they now sell loads of stuff online. Really handy for all your automotive bits and bobs.

It also looks like it is part of Rust Solutions as jenolite is all incorpaorted into the website. The address is now

www.RustSolutions.co.uk but www.jenolite.com takes you there anyway!

In addition to all that, they also sell the jenoseel range. Pretty much the same as jenolite but with a built in red oxide primer. I have used it on bentley, mustang, morris minor and many other classic cars for rust prevention and treatment and it works a treat.

You may want to give the new jenoseel a whirl? Its all on one website so its easy pickings.

I've been amused by the advertising for Jenolite on this site but find the comments about my products offensive and inaccurate. Fertan manufactures two of the largest selling rust treatments, Fertan rust converter and Fedox rust remover and these both have several hundred thousand happy customer happy customers each year. Update for anyone reading this -

Went to Jenolite.com last week. It was closed down and the Jenolite.com website now goes to www.ProRust.com

Like the guy at Fertan, ProRust are also offering free samples. Tried Fertan in the past, POR15 and others. Its always worth giving something new a try. Got to say its well worth getting a free sample from Pro Rust (and Fertan!) - And anyone else that cares to at least be decent enough to let you try first. Good work to both of them for trying.

After I got the sample from ProRust, I placed an order for a litre, does what it says it does. And its not too expensive like some.

Think that some people dont always read the label or apply properly with some products. Reading some of the above is not totally correct. But then some people dont like Jenolite, or Fertan, Vactan, or whatever.

BTW - ProRust is phosphoric acid based, just like Jenolite was. If that helps.
