Sartorite from
Mobin Au deposit, Huitong Co., Huaihua, Hunan, China

Locality type:Deposit
Classification
Species:Sartorite
Formula:PbAs2S4
Comments:Zhou et al. report ่„†็กซ็ ท้“…็Ÿฟ (= sartorite), not ่„†็กซ้”‘้“…็Ÿฟ (= jamesonite). Analytical proof is not provided. Considering that the deposit otherwise only contains antimony sulfosalts (bournonite, tetrahedrite) and also stibnite, jamesonite is much more likely to occur here than sartorite, suggesting that the mineral's name was mis-spelled in the paper.
