Comments: | "The thomsonite forms small pearly spheres up to 4mm in diameter, in vesicular basalt. The spheres are generally pale blue to grey with a translucent, gel-like appearance. Thomsonite also forms small white tuffs of needles on a few of the white spheres. Broken spheres show a compact radiating structure." May be found with chabazite, aragonite or calcite. | |
