I believe this specimen's locality may have been misidentified. It seems remarkably similar to another specimen from Wulian County, Rizhao Prefecture, Shandong Province, China, which was posted later .

The feldspar looks like Tongbei, but where's the spessartine, quartz and mica? Unlike Tongbei material, both these pieces have black dots on the feldspar and small yellow bits, so I would say both are from the same locality, but probably not from Tongbei. Others would know better.
