Yes, the brownish red ones are most likely rhönite. The needles could be clinopyroxene (augite-diopside) or amphibole. You cannot tell the ID of the needles without analysis. Check out for black to deep red prismatic xls with metallic luster, which are pseudobrookite, and small hematite xls. Those are common in this association.
