Hi everyone,

Is this cobalt or any other metal ore rock?

Hardness is not more than 5, too heavy for my scale, other cut piece was shattered into pieces. Any help would be appreciated.

I see nothing that would suggest a cobalt mineral. The photos are so poor it is immpossible to say what it is. The last photo looks non-metallic the first two somewhat metallic. Need to see a freshly broken surface not a saw cut.
