The Richmond Soapstone Quarry is discussed on pages 150-152 of Peter Cristofono's book Rockhounding New England (2014) which book has a high accuracy rate for its localities. I don't know whether it is still sold in bookstores, but you could ask.

It's available on Amazon, starting at about $13 (used).
