Hello, some one so have pictures so show hove to build a wire rock saw?

Why build one, Christian?

The market cost has come way down now on these now and you probably can buy one cheaper than you could make one...check out some of the american manufacturers on Google..I saw some really nice and inexpensive ones demonstrated at the Inne Suites in Tucson this year.....<.just a thought>.

I'm in norway Ray Hill, and here is they not sheep, and I just seen one here to sale, so I think if I shold get me one wire saw, I most build me one, I have manny components, just need to see hove I shold set them together.

The shipping from usa to norway is to heavy to that I can buy one in usa:(

Most of the american components come from China, and I believe that there are also some good German manufacturers, so you might want to check those out as a possibility.< I didn't realize that things were so remote and expensive in Europe.>

it's not so expensive in another contry, but norway is a expensive country, and I like to build my ovn things, so I think I will build my ovn wire saw, but I need a picktures of one befor I can start.

I'll bring you a meter or two of the diamond wire if you wish, in November, then you can try ;)

16th Oct 2008 19:33 UTCchristian nyland

I say tank you for that peter, I think I have a ide that will work, just need to build the machine now, and find litle more info about hove fast the wire shold go, and hove much pressure it shold have, think I shold make some weights, so I can shange the pressure, to I find one so are good.

like to try new things.

and Christian you will have to have a lot of water feeding on the cutting surfaces...or the diamond wire will self destruct....

17th Oct 2008 08:35 UTCchristian nyland

of corse I need cooling water, I knowe that,
