GeneralGetting the ok to add pictures of your minerals to your catalogue

I am newly registered to this site and have been trying to get the ok to add pictures to my catalogue. I have sent (1) E-mail and (2) messages through the Access Request Form in the past week and half. Just wondering if they are getting through or if they are not letting you add pictures to your catalogue at this time. I have not recieved a response one way or the other, so I'm trying this way in case I have done something not quite right. I filled out all of the information they require to be summited and hit summit. Thank you for your imput on this matter.

I've had the exact same problem too, but I've learned (way later), you can't use a pseudo name (like what I'm doing). It was annoying that I got no communication why it was not accepted until a year later when a post just like this one.

By the way, I'm very passionate about my internet safety which is why I'm using a pseudo. Sadly, the only thing I can do is make PMs and upload pictures on the forums.

I doubt that using your name on Mindat (without address, social security number, or birthdate) would enable anyone to steal your credit card information or your mineral collection. It doesn't seem to have happened for any of the hundreds of other Mindat members over the last 16 years. :-S

I'm having the same issue as well. I sent an access request maybe half a year ago and have had no response. If someone can look into it that would be great!

I've been having the same issue as the folks above. I think I've got all my info right, let me know if I need to fix something. Looking to upload some pictures of specimens I've worked with to a personal gallery.
