http://www.mindat.org/photo-456243.html most likely shows Hydroxylherderite.
The only specimen "believed to be" a genuine Herderite comes from Medina (see http://www.mindat.org/locentry-663891.html), the rest is most likely Hydroxylherderite.
The Herderite page itself says that there are 2 Brazilian localities for true Herderite, but only Medina is listed as "certain", so which is the other locality?
The other localities on the Herderite page should be considered "unconfirmed/questionable."
