Locality: Slobrekka (Frikstad 7) pegmatite, Frikstad (Frigstad), Iveland, Aust-Agder, Norway
A 6 mm flattened, plank-like crystal of polycrase-(Y). The specimen was collected in August 2005 by Peter Andresen, and it is now in the micro-collection of OT. Ljostad
