Locality: Rogerley Mine, Rogerley Quarry, Frosterley, Weardale, North Pennines, Co. Durham, England, UK

Flat matrix of limonitic limestone is covered with a ridge of larger twinned fluorites grading to smaller at the edge of the specimen. The largest twin is 2.2cm across its widest point. The fluorite is a stunning bright gem emerald green with a vivid blue reaction to daylight.
