Support Mindat.org

Keeping mindat.org running as a free service takes a lot of effort, and we need your help to keep it alive.

Here are some practical ways you can help:

• Donate by clicking here. And why not pledge to donate a regular amount each year?


• Sponsor a mineral or locality page, from $60 a year.


• Ask your local mineral club if they would be prepared to donate a sum to help mindat.org reach it's goal. For $2,000 your mineral club can have any available mineral or locality page sponsored for life.


• Do you know a mining company, or do you work in a mining company? Why not propose that the company sponsors their mine page(s) on mindat.org? We'd also like mining companies to give us more information about their mines to go on these pages too, so you could use this as an angle for why mindat.org deserves their support.


• Talk to your friends. Tell them what a great job mindat.org is doing. Tell them to come visit this page. http://www.mindat.org/support
