2.3 x 1.8 x 1.7 cm. A showy specimen of the classic eosphorites from Taquaral featuring sharp, lustrous, golden-brown colored, prismatic crystals measuring up to 1.0 cm aesthetically flaring off of soft pink colored rose quartz crystals with a colorless quartz "core" at the center of the piece. It's really difficult to find nice free-standing crystals like this from Brazil, especially in a thumbnail. The eosphorites from Brazil are arguably the best examples of the species in the world. From the worldwide thumbnail/miniature collection of Irv Brown.
