“9.4 x 6.4 x 3.6 cm. Crusts of the extremely rare organic oxalates moolooite (copper-rich, bluish-green) and humboldtine (iron-rich, amber-yellow) are richly scattered on all sides of the sculptural (shaped like a horse), floater, native copper specimen from the Ahmeek Mine of Copper Country. Ivory analcime or quartz is also noted on both sides. To find both of these rarities on the same piece is very rare for this locale. Ex. Josef Vajdak Collection. Not pretty to look at, but is still a significant Michigan combination rarity.
