“A magnificent miniature of Benitoite measuring 40 x 35 x 23 mm. Featuring textbook perfect crystals on contrasting white Natrolite. One very small Neptunite can be seen to the left, of the lower left Benitoite crystal. The major crystal measures 27 x 17 x 14 mm. Two of the crystals indicating triply terminated faces. All crystals are sharp and extremely well defined, with merely a contact to one crystal tip. No Damage. All are gemmy and lustrous, displaying superb sapphire-blue colouration, with blue-white fluorescence under UV. From the type locality for the species. Ex. K. Proctor Collection.
