Fluorapatite with Bertrandite on Albite

Pretty blue, transparent apatite crystals reaching 3mm contrast well with the associated white microcrystalline bertrandite and white albite matrix. The apatite crystals are double terminated and some show weak zoning. Bright eye catching piece In excellent condition, self stands and displays well. Note that the back of the specimen is cleaved ablite (not sawn).
