“Honey coloured Calcite xls on cream pale honey coloured Prehnite on Dolerite. The specimen actually demonstrates different stages of mineral growth, an olivine rich dolerite, followed by a thin layer of green Prehnite (13mm thick), followed by a very thin layer (about 1mm thick) of white Pectolite needles (not visible in this view) lying horizontally over the Prehnite, then a thicker layer of honey coloured mammillary Prehnite (20mm thick) and then numerous Calcite xls from 1mm up to 27mm x 18mm perched on top. Some minor bruising to a couple of the Calcite xls. Oveall size: 72mm x 67mm x 52mm ”
