Fine fibers of mazzite-Na growing on a layer of saponite and partially covered by small saponite spheres. Mazzite-Na can be discriminated from similar mordente by the flexibility of the mazzite-Na fibers. Mordenite fibers break. Identification visually confirmend by William S.Wise. Discovered on a older sample which was labelled as mordenite. See: Arletti, R. Galli. E. Vezzalini, G. and Wise, W.S.
