There has been an occurence of Wavellite on a metasedimentary clay slate locally termed 'killas' at the Castle-an-Dinas tungsten mine near St Columb, but this specimen really looks like the material from High Down Quarry, Filleigh near South Molton in Devon as mentioned above.
I would say it has been assigned to the wrong locality.
