A former surface and underground asbestos mine located in sec. 32, T8N, R14E, 26 air miles NNW of Globe, on National Forest land.

Mineralization is a linear ore body, 457.2 meters long and dipping 5SW, hosted in the Mescal Limestone. An associated rock unit is diabase.

Local structures include a few minor folds and dips in the Mescal, and its contact with the diabase on the northeast, which appears to be a fault.

Workings on the property include one short tunnel on the lower horizon, and twelve or more tunnels, with considerable lateral stoping, on the upper horizon. No production record.

Assay data: Short asbestos fiber of good quality.
