A former surface and underground asbestos mine located in sec. 4 T6N, R15E, about 2¾ miles S of Double Buttes (according to coordnates provided), and 104 road miles N of Globe, on Indian Reservation land. Lat-long from just N of Double Buttes* (NOTE: two sets of geographic coordinates are provided in different files. One set erroneously places this deposit off the reservation in the Tonto National Forest. The second set are provided here but may also be in error since they place the deposit some distance south of Double Buttes). Extends into Navajo County.
